Hello fellow queer badminton clubs,
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Bad’Ass Open – Geneva, our queer, fun, and 100% inclusive badminton tournament!
Designed as a gender-neutral event and open to absolutely everyone, this tournament is all about connecting, celebrating diversity, and simply enjoying the game together.
The concept is simple: You register solo. On the big day, every participant will first play a few singles matches to gauge their level. After that, we will form mixed pairs of similar skill levels to continue the competition in doubles. All of this in a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere!
And because sports are also about having a great time off the courts, we’ve put together a full weekend social program for you, featuring a meal at Le Pneu and a massive closing party at The Groove!
Last year’s edition was such a huge success that we are already receiving many requests from our 2026 participants. While we have increased the tournament’s overall capacity this year, we would be incredibly grateful if you could share this message with your members as soon as possible. Our goal is to have a maximum number of clubs represented—last year, we were thrilled to welcome around 20 European clubs, and we would love to see an even wider representation this time!
